The Clarisonic skin cleansing device is a favourite here at CURRENTBODY.com, and we often get questions from our customers on how to get the best out of their new skin care saviour. Some of the most common queries we get relate to the speeds on the device, and how best to tailor your regime to suit your skin. We know the busy lives of the beauty conscious tend not to leave time for reading manuals cover to cover, so we’ve simplified it for you here.

T Timer Clarisonic Mia 2s, Arias and Pluses all come with a T-Timer to help you judge how long to use the device on each area of your face. The standard setting lasts for one minute, beeping at 20, 40 and 50 seconds. That’s 20 seconds for you nose and chin area, 20 seconds for your forehead and T zone, and 10 seconds on each cheek. On the Mia 2, this is the only option available, but on the Aria and Plus this can be extended to two minutes.

To Change The T Timer On Your Aria Press and hold the speed up button when the Aria is off to change to the two minute cycle, beeping at 40, 80 and 100 seconds. Press and hold the speed down button to return to the one minute setting.

To Change The T Timer On Your Plus Press and hold the power button to change the T-Timer length. To change it again, press the button twice and hold it down until you hear beeping (make sure the facial brush head is on, this will not work for the body brush head).

1 long beep only indicates a two minute cycle without interruption.

1 long beep and 1 short beep indicates a one minute cycle with T-Timer, and 1 long beep and 2 short beeps indicates a two minute cycle with T-Timer.
