Designed to stimulate your skin’s natural production, the Swiss Clinic Skin Roller 3 in 1 uses tiny microneedles to gently penetrate the skin, encouraging the cells to renew and fresh skin to grow in its place.
The results? A refreshed, revived complexion that absorbs up to 3x more of your skincare products.
What is microneedling?
Microneedling is the process of rolling hundreds of tiny little needles over the skin in order to stimulate the cell renewal process.
It works by stimulating an ‘injury’ which encourages the growth of ‘new’, ‘fresh’ skin that is smoother and more even in texture.
Resulting in a healthier-looking, younger complexion that visibly glows.
A new you
As microneedling encourages the growth of new skin, it’s perfect for treating pre-existing skin conditions which may result in an uneven skin tone such as acne scarring, pigmentation or stretch marks.
It also stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, meaning you’re likely to see fewer fine lines and wrinkles.
3 in 1
The device comes with 3 attachment heads, all equipped with hundreds of micro needles made from surgical steel.
The attachment heads have been designed to be used on both the face and the body, with the needle sizes changing depending on where you need to treat.
Which size attachment head should I use?
0.2mm Face - Designed for the face, this is perfect if you suffer from thin or sensitive skin. It’s also ideal for those who are just getting started with Microneedling or want to target those delicate areas such as around the eyes.
0.5mm Face - Designed for the face, this is best for those who want to treat the signs of ageing. With slightly larger needles, it penetrates the skin slightly deeper meaning this is perfect skin tightening and treating fine lines and wrinkles.
0.5mm Body - The same needle size as for the face, but with a broader needle head to be able to cover larger parts on the body.
How to use
Perform your regular skin cleansing routine. On dry skin, roll back and forth over the skin with an even pressure for a total of 2-4 minutes. Focus extra on problem areas and roll in different directions for best effect: vertically, horizontally and diagonally. Also roll from left and right and vice versa.
After you’ve used the dermaroller, apply optional serum onto treated areas or over the whole face. The micro channels that are created by the needles are the most receptive during the first 3-5 minutes. Let the serum act alone on the skin between 15-60 minutes before you apply any other products. Use the serum during the “rest days” as well.
How often should I use my skin roller?
Use the skin roller once a day (preferably during the evening), for 5 days in a row.
Let the skin recover for 5 more days, then start over with 5 days of treatment, 5 days of rest.
The 5/5 cycle should be repeated during a period of 2 months, followed by rest for at least 1 month.
