Consistency is key
The difference is not huge but definitely going to keep using on a regular basis. I used it 5 times per week for several weeks when I first got it and now I’m using at 3 times per week. It takes about 10 minutes each time and I watch a YouTube video while using it and makes the time go by quickly. No pain as long as I put enough gel on.
