Delivery times vary based on your location and the service you opt for. To find out estimated delivery times please add the item to your basket and follow the checkout procedure, you will be given the option of either Standard or Express delivery; estimated delivery dates will be included alongside both of these.

Please note delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch and are in working days.

For orders outside the UK please note your parcel may be subject to customs processing, we cannot predict delays caused by customs clearance nor can we control how long this takes. Your tracking information will show updates to inform you if your parcel is being held for customs clearance.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged we will do everything we can to ensure this is resolved.

Please contact us as soon as your order is received. We ask that you include the following details so we can assist promptly: - The email address you used to place your order- Your order number- Details of the item(s) damaged from your order- A clear picture of the damage.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your item(s). Please note that the item must be new and unused, with all the original accessories, free gifts, packaging and manufacturing seals intact to be eligible for a full refund. Learn more here.
