Clearing Low Mode: 10-minute blue & red treatments for the body with direct skin contact.
Clearing High Mode: 20-minute blue & red treatments for the face and body from a 6in distance.

Anyone looking to treat signs of aging beyond the face: Ideal for users wanting to reduce the signs of aging on the neck, chest, arms, hands, or legs.
Individuals with blemish-prone or congested skin on the body: The High and Low Clearing modes are effective for managing breakouts, redness and post-inflammatory marks on areas like the back and shoulders.
For best results, we advise you to use your device 3-5 times weekly.
Because of its higher irradiance (light intensity), the panel can lose some power over distance and still remain within the effective range.
For example: At 6in, High Mode delivers around 12.64 mW/cm², enough to trigger biological responses in the skin.
A lower-powered device starts at a much lower output, so any distance dramatically reduces its effectiveness — which is why 1–2in can result in up to 90% loss. In short: it's not just about distance — it's about how much power you're starting with.
LOW mode should be used when you want to treat areas on your body.
We advise you to use the straps provided to secure the device on your desired treatment area (back, decolletage, arms).
HIGH mode should be used when you want to treat an area away from the skin on the stand
Yes, the panel is generally safe for full-body use including the face, neck, back and chest.
We recommend using your device with clean, dry skin and to apply any skincare after treatment.
Certain medical conditions, medications and chemicals are known to induce photosensitivity. Photosensitivity is a common side effect of various medications. These can include many commonly used medications, skincare, supplements, antibiotics, diuretics and steroids, St John's Wort, certain perfumes, antiperspirant, antibacterial soaps, artificial sweeteners, naphthalene (mothballs), petroleum products, brightening agents found in laundry detergent and cadmium sulphide (a chemical injected into the skin during tattooing). Anyone with the following medical conditions should not use this device:
- Epilepsy or seizures triggered by light
- Metabolic disorders such as Porphyria
- Autoimmune disorders such as Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE)
- Photosensitive disorders
- Active cancers
- Use of photosensitive medication or skincare
- Eye disease
- Glaucoma
- Cataracts
- Recent laser eye surgery
- Light induced headaches or migraines.
Test yourself for light sensitivity prior to using:
1. Check the list of contraindications to ensure you are not using any skincare which cause photosensitivity or taking any medications (oral or topical) which cause photosensitivity reactions.
2. Ensure your skin is clean and dry.
3. Place your LED product in contact with the skin. Ideally inner thigh, arm or back of hand.
4. Turn your device on and complete a full treatment.
5. Please note if at any time you experience heat or discomfort stop your treatment immediately.
6. After 24 hours, if there are no reactions, carry out the treatment protocol indicated for your device.
